Why I built this.
I'm Ivan, a longtime resident of Yuba and Sutter counties. There are tons of great businesses around here, but no real go-to place to find them. The chamber of commerce and the few city sites we have feel outdated, aren't well maintained, and don't get much use.
So I built 530businesses.com to fix that — a modern, easy-to-use directory for the whole community.
Listings start at just $5, and you can pay more if you'd like. The higher your bid, the higher your business ranks on the site. It keeps costs low for small businesses and lets you decide what a listing is worth to you.
This is just the beginning. I'm building out more features to help local businesses get discovered and — most importantly — help customers find the places worth supporting. If you've got questions, ideas, or feedback, I'd love to hear them.
